Welcome to Koordi. By using our service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Service Description
Koordi is a scheduling and poll service that helps groups find common meeting times. We offer both a free tier with basic features and a Pro subscription with advanced functionality.
2. Account Requirements
To use Koordi, you must:
- Be at least 16 years old
- Provide a valid email address
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
3. Acceptable Use
When using Koordi, you agree not to:
- Send spam or unsolicited messages
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
- Use automated tools or bots without permission
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
- Use the service for illegal purposes
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
4. User Content
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create (poll titles, descriptions, votes). By using Koordi, you grant us a license to store and display this content as part of the service.
Content Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
5. Intellectual Property
Koordi, including its design, features, and code, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service without permission.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your local currency.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. By starting your Pro subscription you expressly request that we begin providing the service immediately, and you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal lapses once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw while the service is still being provided, you owe an amount proportionate to the part already used. Consumers in Switzerland have no statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts; this section applies to EU consumers.
Price Changes
We may change prices with 30 days notice. Existing subscriptions are not affected until renewal.
7. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier includes limits on the number of polls, contacts, and features. These limits may change over time. We will notify you of significant changes.
8. Privacy

9. Service Availability
We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for any losses due to service unavailability.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Koordi and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Koordi is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
12. Account Termination
By You
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile settings. All your data will be permanently deleted.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms or illegal activity. We will provide notice except in cases requiring immediate action.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
