How to delete your account

Deletion is self-service and takes effect after a two-step email confirmation:

1. Sign in at koordi.app and open your Profile settings (avatar menu → Profile).
2. Open the “Danger Zone” section and select “Delete account”.
3. Confirm in the dialog. We email a confirmation link to your account’s primary email address.
4. Open that link within 15 minutes to permanently delete your account and all associated data.

The email confirmation protects your account — a deletion cannot be completed without access to your inbox.

What data is deleted

When you confirm, the following data is permanently and irreversibly removed:

• Your profile: name, email address, language and display preferences
• All polls and events you created, including their date options and results
• Your votes and participation data
• Saved contacts and contact groups
• Connected calendars and their access tokens
• Notification preferences and push-notification device tokens
• Your subscription and billing references

All of the above is deleted immediately upon confirmation — there is no recovery period.

Votes you cast on polls created by other people are part of that poll owner’s data and may remain visible to them. You can ask a poll owner to remove your entry.

If you can no longer sign in

If you have lost access to your account, email us and we will verify your identity and process the deletion on your behalf.

Mobile app

The Koordi Android app uses the same account as the website. Deleting your account from either place removes it everywhere.

Data retention

We do not keep your personal data after deletion, except where retention is required by law (for example, invoicing records for completed payments). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
